Job description

Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Officer - Oxenford at BOQ Group. The role is the first point of contact in the Branch, delivering exceptional customer service, identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs. You will undertake transaction activities for customers, educate customers on using digital banking solutions, and conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
