The Opportunity
This is a rare and career-defining opportunity for a strategic, high-performance Regional Manager ready to make a real impact.
You'll lead a network of showrooms across multiple states — building capability, driving commercial outcomes, and creating an inspiring, customer-obsessed culture that delivers excellence every day. You'll be both a visionary strategist and a hands-on operator — balancing ambition with execution, and people development with performance delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead with purpose and vision: Translate strategy into action, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence across your region.
• Inspire and develop: Build confident, capable leaders — coaching Showroom Managers to achieve exceptional results while growing as professionals.
• Obsess over customers: Champion a culture of authentic connection, service excellence, and design inspiration in every showroom.
• Drive commercial results: Own the P&L and implement initiatives that elevate performance, accountability, and profitability.
• Elevate standards: Ensure every store delivers on brand presentation, merchandising, and customer experience excellence.
• Collaborate to win: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, logistics, and customer service to bring national initiatives to life.
• Innovate for growth: Anticipate trends, spot opportunities, and help shape the next evolution of lifestyle retail.

Who You Are

• A strategic retail leader with multi-site experience in large format environments.
• Ideally, you come from within a furniture and/or lifestyle retailer (or related); however, candidates with a strong eye for style and a passion for all things home — will also be highly regarded.
• You've built your success in a direct, consultative selling environment, where teams work closely with customers to identify their needs and deliver personalised outcomes
• A proven performance leader who builds results-driven cultures — balancing commercial instinct, data insight, and deep people connection.
• A forward thinker who sees possibility before it's obvious and brings ideas to life.
• A coach and mentor who grows leaders, not followers.
• A data-savvy operator with strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, performance analytics).
• A resilient, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
