DRD Group is growing and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Mining and Resources sector to join our growing team based south of the river. The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage recruitment activities across labour hire and permanent placements, partnering with both clients and candidates to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Sourcing and placing Blue Collar candidates with Tier 1 Mining clients
  • Building and maintaining candidate talent pools
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing labour hire workforce requirements and mobilisation activities
  • Conducting candidate interviews and reference checks
  • Delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process
  • Supporting existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth
  • Working collaboratively within a high-performing team environment

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • A minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience in the Mining and Resources sector (Highly Preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Blue Collar positions
  • Strong candidate sourcing and talent pooling capabilities
  • Proven ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships
  • Excellent communication and candidate and client management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full Australian working rights
