Job description
  • Lead and manage the Purchasing team including training supervision and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and yearly KPIs
  • Oversee purchasing of goods and services aligning with company stock policy and quality standards
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies policies and procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure supplier compliance with company requirements
  • Provide 612 month rolling forecast on key materials to vendors
  • Handle special projects adhoc requirements and other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications :

    • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role preferably in the chemical industry or hardware market
    • Strong systems and process knowledge preferably SAP
    • Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Selfmotivated with high degree of initiative and ability to work independently
    • Highest standards of ethics integrity and attention to detail
