National Business Manager

Head of ANZ (Senior NAM/NBM level) – Sports & Lifestyle Nutrition

Sydney or Melbourne Based | $170k - $200k + Bonus + Super

We’re representing a global sports & lifestyle nutrition brand with a powerhouse leadership team.

With sales in most major global markets and partnerships with a diverse range of sports teams worldwide, the business has recently doubled down on Australia as a priority growth market.

Having already built a multi-million-dollar presence here in just 12 months, the brand is now looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to take ownership of the region.

You’ll be the face of the brand in Australia & New Zealand driving national account growth, managing distributor partnerships, and launching new categories into the market.

What we’re looking for

• 5–10 years’ commercial experience in FMCG / Food & Drink, ideally in sports nutrition, beverages, health or aligned categories.
• Proven success managing national accounts (e.g., Nutrition Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse, Elite Supplements, Rebel, Pharmacy or Specialist Retail).
• Experience working with distributors and understanding how to unlock growth through them.Commercial maturity – someone confident working independently, trusted to own customer relationships, and capable of building a brand in-market.
• Passion for sport, health, and lifestyle categories, you’ll get a buzz from representing a brand athletes and consumers love.

• $170-$200k base + bonus + 12% super
