Your Role

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to join the Dulux Acratex team, managing a well-established customer base in Northern & Western NSW. Your territory will span from Newcastle through to Coffs Harbour and Dubbo to Tamworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fixed territory with strong growth potential. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our store teams—becoming the go‑to person for training on both new and existing products. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a consistent call plan aligned with our national framework
Manage your contacts and projects using our CRM tools
Drive growth across key texture coating categories
Develop a strong local project pipeline in your territory
Lead local and national promotional sales initiatives
Strengthen relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations

Skills & Experience

Experience in business development, ideally in a similar industry

Confidence using CRM and planning tools

A track record of growing products or services in a sales environment

A commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
