Locations : Central Coast LGA – Southern and Northern areas.

We’re excited to offer multiple Casual Support Worker positions across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Support Services . These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people living with mental health challenges and disabilities.

About the Role

These positions are offered on a casual basis, allowing for a flexible work schedule that can accommodate various personal commitments and lifestyles. Working days – Monday to Sunday.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Providing support to improve independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care.
• Keeping customer records up to date using online systems.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development or implementation of care plans.

You are punctual, friendly, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. You are invested in providing the highest quality in disability services and are competent in working with people with a disability.

Please note that as part of our employment checks, we will request a Police Check from the last 3 months, a NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
