About the Role :

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team in Baulkham Hills.

This is a hands-on role working with mechanical components and fabricated parts.

Pay Rate :

per hour

Shifts :

8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble fabricated parts at your workstation, following set build instructions

Check, test, and fine-tune components to meet product standards and tolerances

Use hand tools and power tools to safely and accurately assemble units

Identify and repair components that do not pass testing

Work to established procedures and guidelines with support from your supervisor

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with company expectations

About You :

High school certificate or equivalent (VET or trade-related training is an advantage)

Previous experience in assembly, mechanical work, or similar hands-on roles is highly regarded

Comfortable following structured processes and maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks

Solid understanding of basic mechanical concepts and common tools used in assembly

Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
