As a
Scheduling Officer
, you’ll help us deliver essential home care services to older Australians. You’ll join a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven team, where we live our values every day.
Your opportunity
6 Month Contract - Full-time – Monday to Friday (8am–4pm)
As our
Scheduling Officer
, you’ll manage rostering and scheduling for our Home Care teams, ensuring services are delivered smoothly and accurately. Your work will directly support the wellbeing of older people living independently in their homes.With integrity and efficiency, you will :
Coordinate, manage and optimise staff rosters to meet operational and client needs
Ensure payroll data is accurate, timely and processed correctly
Provide clear communication to internal teams regarding schedules and service updates
Handle rostering-related calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service
Identify opportunities for improved scheduling outcomes and service delivery
What you’ll bring
You are organised, tech-savvy and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. You share Anglicare’s values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence.You will also need :
Experience using rostering systems to coordinate large teams (ideally in home care or community services)
Strong customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Experience working effectively in a team and adapting to change
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
