What You’ll Do

• Be part of a supportive team to help drive first call resolution and offer customers further assistance that meets their financial obligations
• Resolve complex cases regarding financial products & services in a timely manner
• Own a portfolio of individual customers whom you will support from beginning to end
• Understand & adhere to the Collections Debt and NCCP consumer guidelines
• Gain exposure to the broader Nissan Financial Services business with the ability to cross train with key departments
• Contribute to our success by making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your results

Who You Are

• Proactive, supportive and empathetic to help our customers find unique solutions
• Superior communication skills and ability to learn & adapt to new systems
• Passionate about high performance and exceeding expectations
• Experience in debt collections, hardship, or financial services preferred
• Able to commit to 2 weeks of paid training upon starting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Great time management and desire to work hard
• Available to work 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday in Mulgrave
