- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on-site and in the workshop
- Manage bookings and customer interactions
- Deliver high-quality service with minimal supervision

What You’ll Need
- Trade qualification in a relevant field
- Experience with construction and earthmoving equipment
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with computer-based service tools and parts catalogues
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
- Good planning, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential):
- Volvo Construction Equipment experience
- LR or MR Vehicle Licence
- Air Conditioning Handling Licence
