YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key valued lawyer in their winning Family Law team (10) reporting to a highly esteemed Accredited Specialist+Doyles Recommended Partner, you will relish the autonomy+ variety +satisfaction having your own practice+ clients advising on and resolving disputes (including litigation as required) across a full spectrum of family law issues including:

• Divorce and separation
• Asset disputes involving complex property
• Parenting and custody issues
• Property and financial settlements
• Child Support
• Domestic Violence.

Also additional ‘STRETCH/GROWTH’ opportunities to:

• partake in business development/marketing;
• lead/mentor junior lawyers(if you are a senior lawyer).

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• are admitted as a lawyer in NSW+ have minimum 3 years post-admission or MORE (up to special counsel level) practising in family law with reputable law firms;
• have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own family law cases+ clients from start to finish;
• have strong technical knowledge of family law, are results-focused, proactive, practical with strong time prioritisation skills;
