Job Description:As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a range of domestic assistance services to our clients in their own homes. This may include but is not limited to: cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, and light household duties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide a high standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide domestic assistance services to clients in accordance with their care plans
- Assist with cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, and other household tasks
- Deliver a high standard of care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with clients and communicate effectively with them and our team
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Report any concerns or issues to management in a timely manner
- Full Australian Drivers License
- Police check
- Working with children check
- Previous experience in domestic assistance or aged care is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
