We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Home and Community Care Workers in Rosebud VIC 3939. This is a casual position with an hourly rate pay type, and we are looking for individuals who can start immediately.

As a Home and Community Care Worker, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
• Escorting clients to appointments and social outings

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be female
• Hold a valid Police check
• Hold a valid Working with Children check
• Have a compassionate and caring nature
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have a genuine interest in helping others
