About Our School

St Anthony of Padua Catholic College is a K-12 state-of-the-art Kindergarten to Year 12 college that provides opportunities for students to be known, valued and challenged for the 13 years of their formal education and beyond. About You

As a Learning Support Officer you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered support within a Catholic learning environment. You will bring:

• a commitment to Catholic Education, with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students
• the ability to provide individualised, targeted and effective feedback to support student improvement
• the ability to create a culture of excellence and high expectations through positive support of student learning
• highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff
• the ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member
• the ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful
• a willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students
• a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification or currently studying a university degree in education.
