St Johns Park Bowling Club Group includes St Johns Park Bowling Club, Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club, Tuncurry Beach Motel, Tuncurry Holiday Units, Balmain Bowling Club, Wallacia Country Club, and Mollymook Beach Bowling Club. Catering spans bistro, food truck, café, banquets, and contract caterers.
Lead multi-venue catering operations across a large, community-focused Club Group as the SJPBC Group Catering Manager. This full-time, senior leadership role is based at St Johns Park and reports directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer.
You will oversee all catering operations across the Group’s venues, driving consistency, quality, and financial performance. The role focuses on optimising catering profitability, enhancing customer engagement, and building a strong, collaborative team culture.
