Job Description

• Assist in preparing high-quality dishes and food for various outlets including the bar, restaurant, room service, and banqueting.
• Maintain the highest standards of food presentation, ensuring every dish is prepared and served to perfection.
• Follow strict hygiene practices and ensure food safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Manage kitchen stock and supplies efficiently, minimizing wastage and ensuring proper storage.

Qualifications

• A foundational understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• A strong passion for providing exceptional food service and an eagerness to learn and grow in your culinary career.
