For roles beginning in February 2026, located in our SIL houses on the Centra Coast, we are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) team. There are morning, day, evening, and night shifts available - it will depend of what you are looking for, your availability, and the flexibility you need - apply now.

About the role

Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines

  • Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making

  • Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)

  • Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for empowering people with disability

  • A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference

  • NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)

  • Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers

  • Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week (15–20+ hours)

  • The ability to travel to our multiple locations across the Central Coast region (Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina)
