Responsibilities as a Project Engineer:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor engineering projects in line with project scope, budget, schedule and construction requirements.
• Coordinate offsite activities, detailed design, equipment specifications and implementation methods to support efficient onsite delivery.
• Monitor project performance, quality, testing, compliance and technical deliverables, ensuring applicable standards and specifications are met.
• Liaise with subcontractors, Project Engineers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to provide technical support and resolve project requirements.
• Lead and support the project team by assigning responsibilities, mentoring team members and monitoring performance and project outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with IMS policies and procedures and ensure all work is completed safely and without risk to people or the environment.

Opportunity:
You will play a key role as a Project Engineer on a prestigious $150 million, 18-storey premium residential development, comprising 130 architecturally designed one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will work alongside an experienced team of Project and Senior Engineers, gaining valuable exposure across all stages of project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on mid- to upper-tier construction projects, with a strong focus on quality, technical excellence and delivering high-quality outcomes.
