About Us :  At Siemens Energy, we are pioneers in delivering innovative solutions for Gas Turbines and Compressors across Oil & Gas, Mining, Industrial, and Power Generation sectors. We are committed to excellence and are looking for a passionate Client Manager to join our dynamic team and drive service sales for small, medium and aeroderivative Gas Turbines.

Your Role :  As a GSD Client Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, driving and coordinating all activities during project development phases. You will :

  • Lead and Inspire :  Act as the primary point of contact for your dedicated accounts, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strategize and Execute :  Develop and implement project sales strategies to secure orders for Siemens Energy products and services.
  • Collaborate and Innovate :  Liaise with customers' Engineering, Operation, and Maintenance teams to identify opportunities and deliver customized solutions.
  • Influence and Impact :  Identify key decision-makers within customer organizations and showcase the value of Siemens Energy at every stage of the acquisition cycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive Growth :  Achieve significant sales growth in your assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets.
  • Enhance Customer Experience :  Ensure and improve customer satisfaction by leveraging your interpersonal skills and technical expertise.
  • Strategic Planning :  Manage and update Customer Key Stakeholders and develop comprehensive Customer Account Strategy Plans.
  • Campaign Leadership :  Play a key role in developing and promoting effective sales campaigns, providing valuable feedback on bids and market analysis.
  • What You Bring

  • Technical Expertise :  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the energy industry. Turbo machinery experience is preferred.
  • Sales Acumen :  Proven success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the oil & gas and industrial markets in Australia.
  • Customer Focus :  Exceptional customer orientation and interface skills, with demonstrable evidence of successful project execution and contract negotiation.
  • Team Collaboration :  Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Willingness to Travel :  Flexibility to travel as needed to meet client needs and drive business growth.
