Role The relevant role is a Design Manager position based primarily from an office location in Docklands and will involve : Coordinate and manage the design process of projects Engage and manage external consultants and relevant stakeholders Develop construction management plans Identify and mitigate any potential design risks Ensure design and buildability of project align with scope Requirements Relevant Architectural tertiary qualification Design Manager experience for a commercial contractor 5+ years of experience for an Architectural practice Project Coordinator contractor experience with Design / Architecture background / degree Previous Industrial experience heavily favorable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Unlimited Australian working rights Interested?
