Overview

Join National 360’s Brisbane team as a new graduate in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology. Participate in the 360 GO Graduate Program, a 12‑month experience designed to support your transition from university to a rewarding career in community-based care. Available across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS and SA, the program provides structured exposure to key practice areas with supervision and professional development opportunities. If you’re based in or around Brisbane (including Caboolture, the Western Suburbs or Ipswich), we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Lead delivery of high-quality, community-based care with supervision from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader
  • Support clients in the community, at home, in clinic spaces, or via telehealth
  • Attend 1 : 1 or group supervision with your Clinical Supervisor
  • Prepare for appointments, write reports, and complete case notes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists
  • Complete the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS

About you

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration
  • Interest in community healthcare and a willingness to contribute to a diverse caseload
  • Own vehicle with a current driver’s licence
  • Willing to obtain or already have a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
  • Qualifications & requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in OT or Speech Pathology
  • Registration or active application for AHPRA
  • Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check as required
