Job descriptionProvide mechanical hands on support to a variation of FMCG plant equipment Assist in the leading and growth of the mechanical team, including task delegation and providing mechanical support Provide preventative maintenance tactics, as well as parts refurbishment, replacement and fault finding Report findings Previous experience in Mechanical Supervisory role Mechanical Trade Certification level III A great attitude and willingness to learn and join a great company Previous background working with FMCG machinery Strong leadership skills within a mechanical role
Our client is currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to take charge of leading and coordinating mechanical activity within a busy and reputable company, contributing to the maintenance, repair and problem solving of plant mechanics embedded within the FMCG sector. The role will require someone who has the ability to offer hands on assistance, as well as leading a small mechanical team, provide direction, report findings and offer preventative tactics and support.
The Benefits
- 68.75 - $75.00 hour (doe) + Full Penalties
- Day shift Mon - Fri with potential overtime requirements on 2x Saturdays a month
