Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

30 – $41 per hour - Part time & Casual available

Murray House is a community-owned not-for-profit aged care facility that has the capacity to house 65 residents, who have chosen to make it their home and live in private and comfortable accommodation. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Personal Care Assistant, under the supervision of the nursing team, will be expected to work in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of the facility to ensure residents of Murray House receive kind, caring, respectful and quality care.

Part time and Casual positions are available. We are seeking experienced, reliable, and passionate applicants for flexible shifts.

ABOUT YOU

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Aged care experience (preferable).
• Compassionate with a person-centered care approach in accordance with Murray House care plans, policies, procedures, and Aged care standards.
• Commitment to be a team player in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
