Store Manager | Garden + Giftware

The Role

As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success. We're seeking a charismatic leader with a passion for retail excellence. While horticultural knowledge is not a prerequisite, your skills in people management, keen eye for detail, and prowess in sales and relationship-building are what we're really after. You'll be supported by a knowledgeable and passionate team, allowing you to focus on what you do best – leading, inspiring, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional People Management : Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to foster a culture of high performance and upbeat excellence.
• Store Presentation : Utilise your keen eye for detail to ensure the store is always presented immaculately, creating an inviting and organised shopping experience.
• Sales Leadership : Drive sales initiatives, devising strategies that increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Building Relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, team members, and suppliers, enhancing the community feel of our centre.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee the smooth running of the store, ensuring operational procedures are followed and efficiency is maximised.
• Creating an Upbeat Environment : Foster a positive, engaging atmosphere where team members feel valued and customers love visiting.
