Coffee Club is the busiest café and restaurant located in Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, QLD. We are seeking a talented and experienced full-time Chef to join our team.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of dishes, ranging from breakfast, lunch specials, all day menu items. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented beautifully.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and presented beautifully
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced environment
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
