Description

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As a trusted HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning with HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth. Full time & permanent "on site" opportunity in Mississauga. Salary 115K - 130K + bonus, full benefits from day 1, Pension Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide proactive HR solutions
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in
  • Responsible for managing full cycle recruitment process
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify new trends and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Coach and develop managers in leadership effectiveness and people management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CHRP or CHRL designation (or in progress) is a strong asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of related HR work experience, including experience in a business partner or advisory
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to navigate sensitive issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
