Job descriptionCredit management of overdue client balances (high volume ledger) Management of payment plans Management of inbound / outbound client calls Adhoc reconciliations Arranging payment plans and payments terms Working closely with small to medium businesses Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Credit / Collections role working on a high volume ledger Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) High attention to detail Customer service focused Proactive, positive attitude & able to make informed decisions Must have 12 months unrestricted work rights in Australia
