About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full‑time position requires timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs, ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre‑accident condition. You will work within our large network of repair facilities, reporting to the Centre Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer / company procedures
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off‑site and online
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost‑effectiveness as required
  • Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
  • Assisting with production management of the centre where required
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre‑accident condition
  • Handing over completed repairs to customers

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar position, including estimates / quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Experience with AudaNet highly desirable
  • Ibody experience desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills, building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excel proficiency an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to working safely
