Caroma Experience Centre in Osborne Park has been inspiring customers and industry professionals and now we’re looking for a passionate Experience Centre, Sales Manager to take it to the next level!

This is your opportunity to lead a vibrant, customer-first space where design meets innovation. You’ll be at the forefront of hosting industry events, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences - all while leading a high-performing team and shaping Caroma’s presence in WA.

This is a permanent, full-time role requiring flexibility across Monday to Friday.

About the role

• Be the face of our Caroma showroom in WA - delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales and specifications.
• Host and coordinate impactful events for merchants, builders, architects, and designers.
• Collaborate with our state Sales team to uncover new growth opportunities and build strong industry relationships.
• Lead a team of two and oversee daily operations including walk-ins, online consults, and enquiries.
• Manage workflows, opportunities, and our customer database with precision and flair.
