Remuneration & Benefits Lead

A major Australian ASX Listed business is seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Leader to design and embed a modern, competitive and values‑led total rewards framework. This newly created role will shape how the organisation attracts, retains and motivates talent across a national workforce and will work closely with senior executives on strategic workforce and reward initiatives.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a build and shape role where you will establish key frameworks, uplift capability and drive reward maturity across a complex business. You will report to the Chief People Officer in the Sydney head office.

What Your Role Will Look Like :

• Design and implement a total rewards strategy that drives a high‑performance culture;
• Lead annual remuneration review cycles, salary benchmarking and pay governance;
• Introduce reward programmes that reinforce culture, values and performance excellence;
• Champion pay equity, transparency and compliance across the organisation;
• Provide strategic reward guidance to senior leaders and executives;
• Build and manage job architecture, role evaluation and salary banding frameworks;
• Oversee benefits programmes that support wellbeing, retention and engagement;
• Deliver insights and reporting to executive and board‑level audiences; and
• Monitor market trends and uplift reward capability across the People & Culture function.
