A major Australian ASX Listed business is seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Leader to design and embed a modern, competitive and values‑led total rewards framework. This newly created role will shape how the organisation attracts, retains and motivates talent across a national workforce and will work closely with senior executives on strategic workforce and reward initiatives.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a build and shape role where you will establish key frameworks, uplift capability and drive reward maturity across a complex business. You will report to the Chief People Officer in the Sydney head office.
