  • Position based in Mount Barker
  • Salary: ASO2$58709 -$63154 p.a (pro rata) superannuation leave loading salary sacrifice benefits
  • Ongoing part time working 52.5 hours per fortnight over a 7-day roster
  • More than one position

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING

Join our Maternity Services team at Mt Barker District Soldiers Memorial Hospital as an Administration Officer and play a vital role in providing high-quality confidential and customer-focused administrative support. This ongoing part-time role offers the chance to work in a supportive team environment gain exposure to a dynamic healthcare setting and make a meaningful contribution to patient care and service delivery.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide professional courteous and efficient administrative and reception support to patients staff and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate patient records data entry and reporting in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
  • Support admissions discharges and effective communication systems across the Health Service.
  • Assist in creating a positive and cohesive team environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
