We are seeking a Discipline Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary Building Services business unit nationally. This is an exciting career opportunity to lead, shape, develop our mechanical, electrical, fire protection and hydraulics capability so that we can deliver for our clients across our key sectors including Health, Education, Defence, Industrial & Technology, Property and Transport. Reporting to the National Business Leader for Design and Engineering and working in close partnership with our senior technical leaders, this role will be responsible for the leadership, management and supervision of our Places Australia - Buildings Services teams.

As a natural networker with established contacts and credibility in the Australian market, youll use your technical leadership and commercial acumen to grow our brand by winning and delivering projects aligned to our national strategy. Your extensive consulting engineering experience will also enable you to provide solutions and troubleshoot projects so we are delivering exceptional outcomes.

As a member of the Senior Leadership team, youll work closely with the National Business Lead to reassess, develop and deliver on a business strategy that aligns with our company goals and values whilst ensuring it enhances both your reputation and your teams.

Role accountabilities :

Whilst every day is different, the key accountabilities for this role are :

• Provide strategic leadership to our Design & Engineering Business, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Proactively engage with new and existing clients to ensure Arcadis is best placed to deliver on their needs while meeting our own commercial objectives.
• Deliver technical guidance and solutions to complex problems.
• Develop your team by providing support and mentoring.
