Your day to day...

• Squad Goals : Lead, coach, mentor, develop & inspire a team of fabulous individuals empowering them to shine like the stars they are
• Retail Expert : Maestro behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring our store is always on point, welcoming, and bursting with positive energy
• Champion of Charm : Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, let them leave with a lasting smile
• Training and Development : Assist with onboarding new team members by providing them with the tools & knowledge they need to surprise & delight our customers
