Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to Join our team in our SRG Global Asset Care division.
We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the day-to-day management of our Inspection teams, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Reporting to the Business Manager, your role as the Operations Manager will be to lead and grow our Asset Care team.
You will have responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the NDt, Plant Inspection and Condition Monitoring teams, and will be the focal point for planning, technical, quality and oversight of work co-ordination.
Based in our Canning Vale Office with regular visits to client sites.
Whilst leading a skilled and high-performing Inspection team, you will have the support of a progressive and experienced senior management group and be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments.

Key Responsibilities :
Ensuring that all the aspects associated with the operation including personnel safety, radiation safety, quality, customer relations, sales, environmental management, financial performance, work planning and scheduling are run smoothly and efficiently
Develop and foster new job opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Ensuring active personnel management to develop and grow staff to their potential and foster SRG Global values and culture of "one company".
Deliver a wholistic service to our clients that could involve multiple SRG services eg.
NDT, Inspection, Condition Monitoring, engineering consulting and / or Mechanical Testing
Assist with quoting, cost control (including time sheeting) and Profit & Loss financials for the Business Unit
Execute current and assist to develop future business strategy.
The successful applicant will ideally have :
Previous experience in a similar role / industry
Diploma in Project Management or similar
NDT Certification (UT / MT / PT) (desirable) with strong knowledge of NDT, Inspection and Condition Monitoring.
Knowledge / experience of tanks inspection and advanced inspection tools (desirable).
Managerial / supervisory experience in a field related to testing, inspection or asset care services.
Demonstrated safety leadership
Demonstrated excellence in a customer facing role, ideally within a technical service or consulting sector.
Strong understanding of financial metrics that impact service businesses.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and strong analytical skills.
