About Your New Role

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and being a linchpin for the success of the site’s maintenance function, you will lead a team of both in-house and contractor electricians driving electrical maintenance execution across this impressive facility. In a varied and engaging role, you will develop the weekly electrical maintenance plan and lead your team to execute works including electrical systems upgrades, testing and commissioning. You’ll also be :

  • Leading, mentoring and developing your team of electricians, with the aim of strengthening succession planning and retention
  • Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of electrical maintenance activities across the site
  • Further developing predictive and preventative maintenance systems for electrical equipment and systems
  • Engaging effectively with the broader
  • Maintenance & Operations teams to identify and rectify issues.
  • Playing a key support role in the electrical aspects of capital projects, upgrades and ongoing installations

About You

You’ll bring to the role :

  • Depth of maintenance supervisory experience within manufacturing, processing or broader industrial environments
  • Electrical trade-qualifications
  • An absolute commitment to driving safety excellence
  • Ideally some experience with PLC, HMI & SCADA systems
