Job descriptionProcess payroll and all key functions relating to the payment of employees Manage and maintain all documentation and records including employee master files Process leave applications and authorised amendments to salaries and wages Work cover payments and reimbursements Identify and implement payroll process improvements Ensure compliance with Single Touch Payroll requirements Address all payroll queries with efficiency and within an acceptable timeframe Prepare varying complex payroll calculations in relation to terminations, redundancies, entitlements and deductions Contribute to the End of Financial Year Reconciliations & Finalisation Payroll Compliance Manage payroll tax reconciliations Prepare Superannuation documentation and reporting 5 years of experience in end to end payroll Experience working in high-volume environments with a high volume of casual employees Australian payroll experience and understanding of awards
