About The Role

We’re looking for a Video Marketing Lead to take the reins of our popular Envato Tuts+ YouTube channel and social platforms, helping millions of creators navigate the rapidly changing landscape. This isn't just about managing a channel; you'll be the visionary driving our content strategy, specifically by championing hybrid creative workflows. Your core focus will be to commission and produce engaging video content that shows people exactly how to blend the power of software like the Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve with Envato’s game‑changing AI tools (think GraphicsGen, VideoGen, and more). If you live and breathe the "better together" approach—where AI enhances, not replaces, the creator—and can build a roster of innovative talent to prove it, we want to chat.

About You

To nail this, you’ll need at least 5 years of experience in digital content production, with a proven track record of growing a YouTube channel in the tech or creative space. More than that, we need to see that you’re truly fluent in both worlds : you should have hands‑on experience with traditional creative software and be deeply familiar with the latest generative AI tools and how they integrate. You'll be the expert who manages the daily grind—from scheduling and optimization to diving deep into analytics—but your real impact will come from your ability to source, guide, and manage a diverse roster of creators, developing content briefs that position Envato as the essential guide for the modern creative.
