About the opportunity

We are embarking on a significant transformation of our risk function to build a more resilient and future-focused technology risk leader and bring your passion to shape our risk strategy Were looking for a Head of Technology Risk Advisory to join our Group Risk team and make a real impact.

Reporting to the General Manager Operational Risk & Div CRO this role you will lead a specialist team acting as a trusted advisor to our Technology Division. Youll be instrumental in providing expert advice and independent oversight ensuring our technology risk profile is managed effectively and aligns with our strategic goals and industry best practices. In this role youll get to

• Providing expert technology risk advice and recommendations to the CTO and senior technology leaders.
• Offering strategic oversight and constructive challenges to the Technology Divisions risk management practices.
• Leading inspiring and developing a high-performing team of technology risk specialists.
• Independently monitoring and reporting on the Technology Divisions compliance with our risk appetite and policies.
• Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across all lines of defense.
