About the role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations and creating a positive customer service experience. You will coach and develop your team to achieve our strategic plan. You will spend time utilising your business development skills to build connections within the local community to drive business opportunities for the branch and grow market share.

This position is located at Atherton.

The role is Permanent, Full Time.

The team environment is collaborative, passionate and positive, you will be supported by an experienced Regional Manager.

About you

You’ll have :

• Experience in leading people and building a positive team culture
• Passion for delivering positive customer experiences
• Understanding of daily Branch operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to embed operational and risk management practices Residential lending experience is desirableDemonstrated business development skills
