Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) that respond to children’s needs, interests, and developmental stages.
• Supporting children’s health, safety, and wellbeing, including accurate documentation of medical, dietary, sleep, and accident records.
• Creating safe and inspiring learning environments, both indoor and outdoor, with a focus on sustainability and nature-based play.
• Building respectful and nurturing relationships with children, fostering a sense of belonging, being, and becoming.
• Collaborating with families to understand and support individual needs, maintaining open, respectful, and confidential communication.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and service policies, including Child Protection and WHS requirements.
• Contributing to continuous improvement, including active participation in the development and review of the service’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Maintaining professional standards, including current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training, and participating in ongoing professional development.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : $65,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
