Due to expansion within our leading business, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated and driven professional to join our Production team in the capacity of Team Leaders for our Morning and Afternoon Shifts.

• The positions are permanent Monday to Friday starting in the morning from 5am and the afternoon shift from 1pm, but flexibility is required
• In this role you will be responsible for

Supporting the Supervisor and team members to meet and exceed their performance standards

Mentoring and coaching the team to deliver exceptional quality and results each day

Leading by example in following all company procedures, using safe work practices and being results orientated without compromising safety or quality

Knowledge of machine operations and equipment and willing to learn multiple type of machinery

Show strong people management skills and openly communication with team members and management

Assist with conducting scheduled toolbox meetings

• What you need to have

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Line Leader supervising in a similar food manufacturing factory is highly desirable

The ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment

Able to liaise with all team members and managers

Can work in a cold environment

The ability to work within strict food quality standards and guidelines

Have a great eye for detail

Excellent communication skills, literacy and numerical skills
