My client is a reputable, creative business with HQ based in Sydney. They are recruiting for a Credit / Collections Officer to join a busy team.
Hybrid working is available (3 days office, 2 days WFH) or full time working from the office if preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Credit management of overdue client balances (high volume ledger)Management of payment plansManagement of inbound / outbound client callsAdhoc reconciliationsArranging payment plans and payments termsWorking closely with small to medium businessesRequirements :
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Credit / Collections role working on a high volume ledgerExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)High attention to detailCustomer service focusedProactive, positive attitude & able to make informed decisionsMust have 12 months unrestricted work rights in Australia
