As our Head of Identity Lifecycle Management reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for leading the organisation's transition to a Zero Trust security model by implementing a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program.

This includes defining a robust User Access Review (UAR) process, centralising Identity Governance and administration, and overseeing the onboarding and management of all applications onto the Identity Governance platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure access control aligns with business needs and security requirements, while fostering a culture of least privilege through ongoing training and compliance initiative.

A few of your responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program, aligning with the organisation's Zero Trust security strategy.
• Define and implement a robust User Access Review (UAR) process to ensure user access permissions are granted based on the principle of least privilege and reviewed regularly.
• Develop and implement a centralised approach to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) across the organisation, encompassing user onboarding, role / permission management, and offboarding for all applications within the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation (IT, Security, Business Units) to understand access needs and define access control policies.
• Partner with the Head of Security Consulting to ensure ILM aligns with the overall security strategy and contributes to a robust Zero Trust environment.

Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by aligning access control with both business needs and security requirements, while fostering a culture of least privilege through continuous training and compliance initiatives.
