Whether you’re currently studying in youth work, community services, or social work , OSHC offers a rewarding and flexible career pathway where you can keep making a difference every day.

We have leadership through to Coordinator and Educator roles available all across Bundaberg. Part‑time anywhere from 10‑35 hours per week, or regular Casual shifts available. Apply to express interest!

Working collaboratively with a team to deliver engaging programs.
