Personal Care Worker (Community-Based In-Home Care)

About the role :

We are currently seeking motivated Personal Care Workers to join our team in the Warrnambool area on a Permanent Part Time / Casual basis . The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours preferably Monday Friday 8am 3 : 30pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist clients at home with personal care tasks like showering grooming toileting meal preparation and household chores.
• Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping appointments and community activities.
• Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.
• Maintain client privacy and dignity and encourage the same among team members and contractors.
• Report consumer risks to management including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values.
• Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill.
