Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing, service-driven team

Oversee store operations including sales, merchandising, and stock flow

Maintain strong visual and operational standards across the store

Coach and empower your team through training, recognition, and clear communication

Manage compliance, safety, and performance processes with consistency and care

Drive store results through strong commercial focus and team motivation

What You’ll Bring

Experience in retail management, ideally in specialty environments

Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop and retain great people

Strong understanding of stock management, merchandising, and compliance

Confident communicator who thrives on building connection with team and customers
