That’s why we’ve built a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment that prioritises your well‑being, prevents burnout, and values your growth at every career stage.

Your Role & Our Approach

You will manage a sustainable caseload through a mix of clinic-based, mobile, and Telehealth services, with the majority of your week based in our state-of-the-art facility alongside our collaborative team of 15+ dedicated professionals. Our core philosophy is centred on neurodiversity‑affirming, evidence-based, and family-centred practice. Your work will be focused on building the functional capacity of our clients and empowering the supports around them.

Why You'll Love Working With Us : A Culture Designed for Care

Sustainable Caseloads : We deliberately maintain lower billable expectations than the industry average to allow for high-quality care, thorough collaboration, and protected personal time.

Strong Operational Backbone : Focus on your clients while our dedicated admin team manages clinic operations, from scheduling and billing to maintaining our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring a seamless and professional environment for everyone.

Structured Support for Every Level :

  • New Graduates : Our dedicated Development Program provides a structured ramp‑up, a reduced initial caseload, and intensive, hands‑on mentorship.
  • All Clinicians : Benefit from a combination of weekly / fortnightly 1 : 1 AND group supervision, a vibrant team, and a $2,000 annual PD allowance.
  • Senior Leaders : Your billable targets are fairly adjusted to honour your significant leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

Performance Incentives : Benefit from a clear model with regular commission payments for billable hours beyond your target.

Earned Flexibility : High performers can earn remote work options, giving you greater control over your schedule.
