As a Digital Product Manager (Service), you’ll play a key role in bringing this vision to life. Reporting to the Digital Product Lead, you’ll work within a dedicated squad to help deliver HCF’s digital strategy. You’ll collaborate with business and technology teams to shape and manage the product roadmap, driving continuous discovery and delivery to create seamless, impactful member experiences.

Digital Product Manager
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for your squad’s definition, design, execution, and outcomes.
- Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the digital service roadmap and experience to ensure business and member outcomes, and alignment to HCF’s broader strategic objectives.
- Manage product development lifecycle from discovery, ideation and concepts to launch, managing continuous improvement and growth in-line with strategic objectives and priorities.
- Set and track key performance metrics, using analytics, research, and competitor analysis to inform decisions.
- Eliminate obstacles so teams can deliver value continuously.
- Develop deep customer and member insights to develop meaningful and market leading digital experiences
- Prioritise the product roadmap and backlog by balancing needs of our customers and members with business outcomes by clearly communicating rationale behind your decisions.
Qualifications
5-7 years digital product ownership experience in a regulated industry, transforming its business model with a focus on B2C marketplaces built upon web, mobile and AI driven applications, and continuous value delivery and innovation.Demonstratable customer commitment with ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams to build meaningful products and continuously improve experiences for our membersStrong and clear communicator with experience working with senior stakeholders and executives in a large corporate environmentExperience working with 3rd party partners across product lifecycleExperience partnering with brand and marketing teams to deliver products that are aligned with messaging and go-to-marketAbility to create deep customer and member insights and turn into actions that create new growth opportunities or solve problems.Work on digital products that make a difference in people’s livesBe part of a supportive design team that values creativity, experimentation, and growthBenefits and Culture
