You can expect to work across a 24 / 7 roster.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients with daily personal care such as bathing, shaving and toiletingProvide medication assistance and mobility assistance by lifting, transferring and hoisting clientsWork across a 24 / 7 roster, including leave cover and active overnight shifts as neededSupport clients to engage in their passions - like music, karaoke, and singing - to foster joy and connectionEmpower clients by promoting choice, independence, and participation in activities that align with their goalsSkills & ExperienceUnderstanding of behaviour support plans and ability to follow them consistentlyAble to navigate apps and digital tools for accurate client record-keepingA current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or HLTAID011Current unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleSuccessful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.Pay rates starting from $41.76 (casual) per hour as per the SCHADS AwardBe part of a close-knit community that values inclusivity and supportAccess to Fitness Passport, promoting a healthy work-life balanceAbout theOrganisationLife Without Barriers is a leading social purpose, not for profit organisation of 8,000 employees working in more than 500 communities across Australia.
